Reflections 2020-2021: I Matter Because...

This school year’s 2020-21 Reflections theme is I MATTER BECAUSE...

The Reflections program is an arts achievement and recognition program where you use your imagination to create a film, song, artwork, photograph, poem, short story or dance routine. You may enter as many times you like in as many categories as you like! Entries will be due November 13th. Just remember to “Reflect” the theme in your work!

Wilson Fall Fun-Raiser

Fall has arrived! Wilson PTA is celebrating the change in weather with a Fall Fun-Raiser Drive-Thru Event.

Hop in the Wilson carpool lane and stop by one of the Boo-ti-ful Booths (located in the parking spots opposite the front entrance) to pick up a BOO BAG with FUN mystery surprises from the Wilson School Store! See above for donation levels including the opportunity to collect spirit wear, masks and more.

Your support will fund the important work to thank our hardworking teachers with treats throughout the year, continuing to upkeep our beautiful courtyard for access to a green space inside the school, multiple student motivation programs to engage students during this tough year, the Art Reflections program, and more.

Wilson Counselors demonstrate how to work with your student for age appropriate accountability on checking grades, grade goals, determining if work has been turned in, and helping students take responsibility for their work. The presentation includes a screen share to walk you through PISD Google Classrooms, Parent Portal and other tools to help you understand how teachers and students are collaborating and turning in work.
